I received this email invite today for an Open House at Orbit Racing. There are supposed to be some nice cars there. I will be there with my Cayman. Anybody interested in going from Miami maybe we can drive up together.

I'm really sorry I don't check this area more frequently. It wouldhave been great togo with you. Did you go? Would have been cool to show up with two white Caymans! Please feel free to e-mail me directly if you get anything else from them.I'm not yet on their radar! I read that Techart was supposed to be building a showroom is Miami, any truth to that? Dave

Hey DaveC,

I went out for a little bit and met some folks. They had a lot of racing Porsches that were pretty cool to look at. They had a White Cayman with the X51 engine, but looked pretty stock except for the front end. All in all it was a nice event.

As for the Techart rumor I have not heard anything. I know CEC Wheels which is there official distributor in the USA has a small showroom in Doral. I beleive they only sell wholesale.

Hey guys, I was unaware of the event. I would have stopped over. I just left Singer Island Saturday at 4:00 for Michigan for the summer. My seal grey Cayman will be shipped on Friday of this week. Dave C you may see my son driving it around Jupiter until then. License plate is 'KMAN-S'. Let me know, he is not suppose to be driving it but he probably will.
