You quoted Casey. I was just saying this was my opinion.

My opinion is that this is a warranty between mile one, some company, and the buyer. The terms are in the fine print. I would guess they sell the same insurance for other car makers besides Porsche (my guess). I would think that the buyer of the warranty should be aware of what Porsche says in it's manual. However, whether or not the warranty covers what the manual has to say may be different (and appears to be so).

Is there no liability, legal and non-legal invoved in such? Ask management at a retail tire company if responsiblity is not something that they consider in what they do.
I am only saying that the warranty may provide a service that is not consistent to what a car maker says to do in their manual. I believe the warranty is between whoever sells it and whoever buys it and not the car maker.

Not at all. I was only expressing my opinion here and not trying to infer anything else. All I'm trying to say is that while the manual may say not to plug the tire, the tire warranty may only pay for plugging the tire in some cases.

Tire repairs

The tire and rim insurance sold by dealers are a 3rd party product written to the D.O.T. tire repair standards and not to the manufactures standards.Tire repairs are safe for normal USA road driving but is not intendid for track use. That is why Porsche will not aprove a tire repair. However for normal use with rims that can cost more than a grand and tires that range from 250 to 500 buck these plans are well worth the money esp if you dive in DC or Baltimore(the pot hole citys )
