Brandywine Porsche

Greetings, all. Love the site--I've learned a lot.

Does anyone have any experience with the service dept at Brandywine Porsche?

Thanks.

Not sure why you put this in the complaints section, but Brandywine is a Sponsor here so can you give us a little bit more information as to what you are looking for with regard to service? Are you having problems there? Do you need something done and are looking for pricing?

Give us some more info...

I'm moving this to the appropriate area, let me know if you disagree.

I'm just curious what others' experiences have been with their service department. I've been dealing with them over the past 2 months and have had numerous problems. They seem to be trying to make it right currently, however. Perhaps my experience is a one-off event, but if it's not, I'd like to know so I can cut my losses and go elsewhere.

I was Brandywine's first customer in 2000, I ordered my car on the phone and I picked her up before they even had a showroom. I live in Jersey & have been servicing my cars there since it opened. I rather drive over 2 hours each way for their service, than go elsewhere. Great guys, great techs, highly recommed.

You can pm me for more recomendations if you plan on going back.
