How many never got off the waitlist?

Just curious as to how many signed up for the 2 November DE at Summit Point only to never get off the waitlist. I heard that quite a few new Porsche owners were on the waitlist. Is Zone 2 some old boys club where someone has to die before a new slot opens up?
