Street Survival "Teen" Driving Program / Atlanta - Gwinnett Fairgrounds August 11th

The local Peachtree Chapter of the BMW CCA is supporting the Street Suvival Program (sponsored in part by Tire Rack) at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds on August 11th.

This $60 investment may save your life or your child's, a friends life, or simply your car. It is a great opportunity for "younger drivers" to get instruction in how to handle a car in many of the extreme situations you may encounter when driving every day.

From the Street Survial Web Site:
This is not your high school driver's ed course. This is not a course for learning how to drive your car at high speeds. Safety and car control are our objectives. Saving your life is the result!

The primary emphasis of the Street Survival school is a "hands-on" driving experience in real-world situations. We use your own car to teach you about its handling limits and how you can control them.

Street Survival site and Registration:

Street Survival Teen Safety Driving Schools

I've been an instructor for my local BMW Club's Street Survival Program for the past few years and it truly is an excellent program which I strongly recommend to the parents of every young driver.

For you PCA instructors out there, consider getting involved. It's an extremely gratifying day and your participation will save lives.
