Help in finding a good garage

Zone members, I need help. I am looking for a good, reliable, experienced custom shop around the Nashville/Memphis/Northern MS/Florence/Huntsville area. They must have experience in working on Caymans'. I currently live in Counce,Tn 38326 (where MS,AL,TN come together). I just bought the SuperSpint exhaust from the Cayman Club and the clear engine cover. I would also like my car de-snorkel'd. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

I have been trying to get a hold of the mechanics at Thoroughbred cars in Nashville but I keep getting a machine.
