Central Ohio - Enthusiast GTG on Saturday March 31, 2007

As some may have read in my previous posts on CaymanClub, I am a community organizer for S2ki.com.

Related to that responsibility, I am part of a group that has setup a "Mod Day" at Marysville Honda. The focus, of course, is Honda/Acura products, but the day has been arranged in such a way to be more of an open house to all car enthusiasts. Such things as dyno runs and Honda racing and development vehicles on display as well as access to the entire Motorsports facility at Marysville Honda have been planned. FYI Besides S2000's, other cars planning to be there include: Infiniti G35 coupes, Honda Civics, Acura NSX's, my Cayman S and possibly a Ferrari 360 Modena.

As mentioned, there is going to be a portable dyno at the event. Three pulls are $75.

This will be a great opportunity for a meet and greet of all the Ohio region CaymanClub members.

It will be going on all day Saturday March 31st (8 am till approximately 6 pm) and a dinner gtg at Benny's Pizza Restaurant is planned that night. They have a patio area and we are working on getting a live band to play.

Hi,

I have been a member of s2ki for the last 3 years. Last monday I traded in my 2004 s2000 for a 2006 CS. My dealer directly transfered my old plate to the CS....it reads 2.2L VTEC....now on my CS..LOL. If I go to the meet..I'm sure that would get some attention..LOL...I attended Fall Colors Tour in 2004 and 05.

Ken, we have likely met. I have been a member of S2ki for almost 6 years and attended both FC tours in 04 and 05.

Funny, I traded my 2004 S2000 for a 2006 CS also. And, I transferred that plate over (HOT LAP), which I plan to keep on the car for now.

It would be great to see you at the Enthusiast/Mod Day. j_copeland, from Dublin, PMed me and plans to stop by in the morning.

Hope more from central Ohio sound off on here so we can try and put together a meet or drive.

I will try to make it by early in the day if the weather cooperates. Would definately make it if we could get some time on the Honda test track!!! Spring is here and I have the need for speed.

I just couldn't put my old plates on my new CS: ME MINI

It was good meeting Cayman S Columbus and j_copeland on Saturday.

I hope to organize something soon for those of us in the central Ohio area.
