b8factor - Have you figured out where she will be stored given the balmy weather we'll be having at delivery time (in or out doors)? Are you going to put winter tires on and drive through the winter?
I'm not planning on putting winter tires on. They won't help me get up my driveway. Even the Jeep slips a little sometimes and it's 4x4.
I am getting two sets of tires, the stock 18's which i will fit with winter tires, and some 19's which it is shipping with. I was thinking it would be easy to find some 18's as people would be upgrading to 19's but to tell the truth, I have nto found any to date. Ebay and the adds on this site are empty. Looks like I might be buying retail!
I actualy have a task on my "todo" before snow hits too move my Gym from the Garage to the basement to make rom for the Croc. She will be stored in doors.
bullitt44, I'm in Huron but the car hasn't arrive yet. Got mine from Stoddard
and it's due to arrive in the next 2 weeks or so! It will be a daily driver so I purchased a second set of 18" Boxster S wheels and snow tires from Porsche, they will take the 19's off as soon as the car arrives and replace with the snows, the weather that's arriving for the weekend we will need it. Where did get your car from and are you driving it daily? Did you opt for a clear bra, if so who did it?
Well winter has finally arrived. My CS is now parked and will remain until the roads are clean again. Too bad, just went over 2K miles several weeks ago. It was very tough to stay within the break in requirements. Can't wait till spring.
