helmet shop in Austin?

I will be buying an SA2005 helmet for DE events. Are there any shops in Austin that stock SA2005 helmets I can try on for fit?

best way to get an answer to this is through Hill Country Region's yahoo user group. Last answer I remember to this same question was MSR Cresson had a shop on site. Sorry can't be of more assistance, I bought mine online without ever trying it on and it's worked out great.

This might be an answer behind the times, but Simpson (yep, the same) has an office between Austin and San Antonio where you can buy a qualified helmet and other race gear offered by Simpson. It is about half way to San Antonio from Austin, I believe, on the west side of IH35 -- easy to see. If you need more information now, please give us a call and we can look it up on some of our saved emails from others.

Thanks! I followd Papa's advice and posted to the Hill Country Region Yahoo group. The concensus there was that the only option is Simpson, but you have to call ahead because they do not have a retail store. My current plan is to order off the internet. Seems like most people do that with good results.
