Is anyone planning on participating in this event?

Has anyone done a NASA HPDE event lately?

Historionics: I use to do a lot of HPDE events in group 3 in the 90's when Barry Herzog(sp?) was supervising, and was very impressed at the price/quality ratio. After Barry left, the quality went so far down that I stopped attending NASA events, as it was only a matter of time before the car and/or I were damaged by some yahoo Barry who have been sent home or stuck with an instructor after the first session. Things like guys going off 2-3x in session one or coming to a complete stop at the Apex of Turn 10 at LS to let faster traffic go by in Group 3. In both cases the supervisor just shrugged their shoulders and did nothing when I or someone else suggested that they move to Group 1-2 and get instruction.
