Fun seeing you yesterday!

Dyno day was cool. Good to meet those of you in attendance.

Interesting side note. On my way home I stopped at a newly opened "Nugget" store in our area to check it out and pick up some Super Munchabowls. At the checkout, a young guy said, "I'll help you out to your car."

I said, "No that's OK. I've got it."

He replied, "No, I insist."

OK

So we walk out to my car and he promptly whacks the right front quarter panel just behind the headlight with the shopping cart. He looks up at me with this look on his face that words can't describe. But I will try. It was half, "Did he see what I just did?" and half "Holy ****."

I walked over and looked. He took chunk out of the CLEAR BRA and did no damage to the paint.

I looked at the kid and said, "Is this stuff bad-***, or what?"

My clear bra just paid for itself.

I agree that Dyno Day was a good event! The amount of info I learn by just listening to what everybodys done and tried always amazes me. I also learned that certain colors have more Hp, Colbat Blue was good but Speed Yellow was stronger. A good group with the right mix of ages. I look forward to seeing you all again.

DaveN007, I had a similar experience with my Cayenne. After trying explain to my wife why I spent $1K on something that you couldn't see to protect a bumper? We were on I5 south to LA, a pickup carrying a flat screen TV in back suddenly and for no obvious reason moves over in my lane. The motion caused the TV to fly out of the truck and hit directly my front bumper. It explodes into a million pieces! I pulled over immediately to assess the damage. Couple nicks and a long mark on the clear bra, the mark buffed out the nicks were minor. I guessed it saved me the price of admission and then some.

That's the "N" boyz cars. Blue Turbo and Red Cayman. Now THAT cobalt car is more than double the HP of the red one. LOL.

Some results are already on the "guaging interst in dyno-day" thread.

I tried to post my graph, but the site limits pic to 510Kbites and Mine was 520Kbites... anyway, I got a message saying I can't post...I don't know how to reduce the jpeg.

Cheers
Bob

If you have it in jpeg go to Photobucket.com and open a free account you can reduce it there.

This is the niftiest photo resizer. Go here:

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP

Find and download Microsoft PowerToys (for Windows XP), and a photo resizer is installed and you can rezize any jpeg with simply a right click on the image. Works great.

Heck you can use MS Paint to reduce the size, even the MS Office image manager tool, or a host of free tools online, you can even upload it to your member gallery here first, it will resize automagically, then post the link to the one in your gallery.
