My brand new Arctic Silver Cayman will hit the road at 2:30pm tomorrow from the dealership.
I am so excited to pick up my baby.

I had a difficult time to decide between Seal grey and Arctic Silver.
Finally, I go for the classic silver color to match the 19' carrera classic wheels.

I saw a lowered Cayman in Magazine. It looks so much better after it is lowered.

Does anyone know which lowering springs are available to lower the car?
Thanks

Good choice of color, always a sure bet and will have much more staying power over time. I think lowering will make the ride much too harsh.

I understand lowering may make the ride a little bumpier. But it looks so much better.
The gap of the stock suspensions is just too large.

If anyone can let me know what kind of lowering spring i can get, i would appreciate it.
Thanks

I have H&R springs on mine. Perfect as not to high, not to low. Got them from Alex at Sharkwerks.

7:45 p.m. this evening spotted a white CS turning from Park Blvd. onto Lemert in Oakland. Is that white CS owner here?

Also, spotted an arctic silver CS on Highway 13 in Montclair at around 8:30 a.m. this morning!

The Oakland Hills are sprouting Caymans!

Seal grey is a thing of the past for 07. If you want it now it will cost many$$$$$$$$$$$. It would have to be a special order and match, I believe in the areas of $4,000 plus. The new color brought back from the past is Meteor grey, that's what I have ordered. It is very close to seal.

Hi everyone,

Just got my seal grey CS last Saturday. I must say the drive up and down Grizzly Peak is now a lot more fun. Haven't see too many Caymans around except for an Artic Silver one in Montclair. Are there any meets coming up in the Bay Area?I've heard that Porsche enthusiast gather at a shop in Emeryville on alternate Saturdays. Has anyone here attended?

Hi JimmyC,

Congrats on the Purchase. I'm in NorCal. where are you in NorCal? I'm usually near walnut creek/pleasanton for work but live in San Bruno. I've only seen one other CS around but that was down in milpitas. Did you post pics of you car already?
