Since more cars are being delivered all the time I thought this would be a good thread for us in No. Cal.
I had my first CS sighting today, this afternoon, on Broadway Terrace in Oakland. An Arctic Silver CS was being fueled at the Shell station at the top of Broadway. I didn't think to stop and tell the driver about Cayman Club until I got home.

Not me either. I was in Willows at SCCA Nat'ls over the weekend and,lo and behold, parked in the paddock, another Cayman, the same color as mine (ArticSilv), kind of spooky at first glance. Snuckmy car (with permission of course) out on the track at lunch-time to take a couple of pics but am not sure I did a very good job as a photog. Haven't taken a really good pic to post to this site ...yet.
Saw loads of Cayman today. Saw two silver Cayman near Black Hawk . Saw several Cayman at the car show in Danville and waved at a Cayman southbound 680
I saw two Caymans today. One at the show in Danville. It was seal gray, I think. Mine was the AS one in the upper lot next to an XKE. I was there from about 10:30-12:15 or so.
I saw another AS Cayman on 37 near Sears Point today.

I was the seal grey Caymen at the Danville auto show. I saw another seal grey with grey rims but I missed the silver.
Are you happy with your choice of color?... I also too got SG, but my car is not in yet. SG will be pretty exclusive as next year as it will only be a special order! Just one year production ... would that make our cars rare?..ching ching...

I love the color, it looks lighter in the day and darker in the evening. It also is great at hiding dirt, it looks OK even after a rain storm. Where did you hear about the color being only special order? The only other color I would have considered was GT silver.
I hope to go on the drive in June but I may be in England/France/Germany for a one month vacation. Im going to be in Stuttgart and trying to make an appointment for a factory tour of Porsche.
wow, i live in the Bay Area and so far i only saw two Caymans.
Both were at Walnut Creek, one was black at Autopia car wash and another one was silver in front of the FoodRuckers and i know that it belong to someone in this forum.
by the way, if any of you guys saw a Speed Yellow cayman with the plate K MEN S, that's me!
