Hi Ken,
Thanks for your concern. My system having this horrible high pitch sound (like when you slam the break on a high speed train) along with a rattling noise.
Yes, I did call Mike and asked for help. He is very helpful, and he had informed me that they will "Next Day" a new system to me by next Tuesday along with a $100 gift certificate. That news really made my day.
When the system comes on Tuesday, I will send Mike and AWE a big prop for his great effort along with their integrity and A1 service to resolve my problem.
I believe we all love the sound and performance of AWE catback system, but occasionally we unlucky few have to deal with the inconvenience. You know what if this is the way AWE taking care of their customers, they will have me for life.
