Fuel Burn Rate

Hi, I have a "new" '06 S (1100 miles)...had it for about a month. I met a lot of the Orange County group today at Mike's and this is my first introduction to the forum.

What's the norm for fuel use? Best I've seen is 24 on the fwy and 18 city. When I do a number of short distance stop-and-gos I get about 14. Not a big deal but I'm currious what others have seen.

Mostly referred to as MPG here. For instance see: Cayman S Gas Mileage and
MPG improving as examples. There are some more threads as well. Your results are about average but it really does depend on driving conditions. My country road driving is what might be called outstanding for a car like this. Avg 27 which includes some spirited driving but zero stop and go.
