Vivid Racing is looking for Performance Specialists for both outbound and inbound retail sales. Aggressive and experienced sales person will handle phone, internet, and walk in customers. Providing information, recommendations, and customer service to customers. High end office environment with industry recognized and respected speed shop.Pay is based on a salary plus commission. Quota's are set and goals to be attained each month.

Job Functions:
Handling inbound sales questions and calls. Utilizing online communities to promote brand and products. Providing customer service and follow ups. Researching new products for Vivid Racing.

Performance Technician -

Job Description:
Vivid Racing is looking for a qualified Technician for its installation services. Vivid Racing has a strong presence in the aftermarket performance parts industry both Nationally and Locally. We are looking for a Technician with great customer skills, understanding of both new and older model performance cars, ability to diagnosis and fix problems, and educate customers on proper care or additional parts for their vehicles.

In addition to providing technical skills, we are looking for a team player that will help technical questions, assist in working on VR Project Cars, prototyping and testing new products, as well as assisting with other departments. Promoting the VR brand and our installation service is key to the success of employment.

Job Functions:
Installation of bolt on performance products: Exhausts, Intakes, Springs, Sway Bars, Wheels, Shifters.
Installation of indepth components: Clutch, Flywheel, Cam Shafts, Pistons, Fuel Rails, Injectors, Motor Assemblies, Shifters.
Installation of electronic components: Turbo Timers, Boost Controllers, Gauges and Sensors, ECUs.
Diagnosis: Utlizing scan tools or data loggers to diagnosis customer vehicle issues.
Prototyping: Test fitting new products, disassembling components to measure and exam parts.
Vehicle Maintenance: Oil Changes, Fluid Flushes, Tire Rotation, Belt Check, etc.
Race Prepping: Suspension Setup, Inspection, Maintenance

Compensation: $15 - $20 Flat Rate
