PCA Zone 8 Orange Coast Region Autocross at El Toro on Sunday March 18th
A quick review of the event registration list shows that there should be 7+ Caymans participating in the AX this weekend. All are registered in NS/S which now has 27+ entrants (about 90 cars are registered in total)! This is a very large turn out for the class and will provide a nice comparison against similarly capable cars (987 BS, 993 S, etc).
I know that of the 7+ Cayman entries at least four are CC members (AttilaS, Mrs. AttilaS, AgCroc, Krokodil), and it is likely that a couple of the others are as well and I just do not recognize the names.
It may be nice if we can all pit near one another, so make sure to look around before you park. I will be in a BB CS with 142 NSS on the door, and AttilaS will be in an AS CS with 295 on the door. AttilaS is one of our resident hot shoes and I am sure he will not mind coaching any of the rookies.
If you have not already registered for the event you will need to do so. I assume you are a PCA member, but if not you need to get this done first as it is required for participation.
If it does not work out that you can run the AX, then I hope you at least stop by to say hello and watch a few of the folks run.

I'll be there. I parked with Attila last time, but I don't recognize the rest of you from your screen names. My wife was there with our Black MB G500.
I'll be driving black CS with paper number 1001.
See you there

I would love to come out and test my new Tarett Engineering front camber plates and rear tow links before the POC event in two weeks, but I will be out of town.
No problem getting negative camber now.

Actually you don't have to be a PCA member, but if the event fills up then priority is given to PCA members. See you all there.
