What do you want to see for CC events which would include the whole zone?
(For those who don't know what the zone is, see here:
The Porsche Club of America
If you don't like clicking through, we've got UT, CO, NM, southern WY, and part of west Texas.)
Santa Fe suggested a rendezvous at the CO/NM border, obviously during the non-snow portion of the year.
Anyone for an overnight in one of the mountain resort towns? (I'm thinking more of the "affordable" towns than Vail/Aspen/Jackson) but I don't rule anything out in advance. And deals can be had in the summer.
How about Marfa?
Creative ideas (or good ones stolen from other regions) are seriously appreciated.
I don't know about "Zone Wide", but for one starter, for those in the Denver Metro area, there is a monthly Porsche Social held the first Thursday of every month ~ i.e. next up coming will be May 1st, 08.
For the latest announcement, ......

Mike, I told you I would do this and never did. I am down in the southern part of New Mexico. Maybe three hundred miles from the NM/CO border. A lot closer to Ciudad Juarez than Santo Fe or lovely Taos! Just below TorC is 152 that winds to Silver City and through the Gila. Beautiful drive amd mountain range. Another drive in the Gila is to the town of Mogollon. High, winding with steep dropoffs. Old cowboys blindfold their horses before taking the trailer up this road. Another is Alamogordo to Cloudcroft to Mescelero. And in my area, Capitan to Lincoln, Hondo, up to Arabella and back to Ruidoso. The forest surrounding me, Lincoln National Forest, will be totally closed as of 1 May to help prevent fires. I think, at this time, most other regions are open. It is rare that I make it north of Albuq but believe the north part of NM has received a good snowpack this year and should be pretty and green. Thanks, Ann.
